The honesty FAQ

Straight answers, including the awkward ones.

Nineteen questions, answered in the open — including the two where the answer is that we will not tell you, with the reason printed next to the refusal.

Nothing here is folded away behind a click. If you arrived with one question in particular, the list below goes straight to it.

The system

How it works, and who it is for.

Why two moments instead of one scoop?

Because what your body is doing at seven in the morning and what it is doing at eleven at night are not the same job, and a single scoop trying to serve both ends up mediocre at each. The morning drink and softgel are built to support strength, energy and focus through the working day. The evening drink and softgel are built to support recovery and restful sleep.

There is a second reason, and it is the one that decided it. Splitting the day gives each moment a full scoop of its own — which is what makes room for full doses. Everything squeezed into one scoop would have to shrink to fit, and shrinking the doses is the exact compromise this formula exists to refuse.

Why five days on, two days off?

Five days on, two days off, every week. Twenty-two servings a month rather than thirty — and the doses are set on the weekly average, because the week, not the day, is the unit this formula is built on.

The two days are a micro-pause, designed in from the start rather than bolted on. Your body spends them running on its own: a margin of safety, built in against anything accumulating over a lifetime of use.

And a small pause you actually keep is worth more than a long one you have to come back from. No seasons, no months off, nothing to restart. It is the protocol, not a break from it.

Who is it for?

Adults — and designed mostly for people from about thirty onward, which is roughly when most of us notice that energy, recovery and sleep have quietly become things you look after rather than things that simply happen.

It is not designed for children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication, speak to your doctor before you start. That is not a disclaimer we are hiding behind — it is that they know things about you that we never will.

Is this medicine?

No. It is a food supplement, and we hold ourselves to the language that goes with that. It supports. It does not treat, cure or prevent anything, and you will not find us saying otherwise anywhere on this site or on the label.

That discipline is not only legal caution. Every brand in this category that overclaims makes it harder for you to work out who is worth believing, and the noise is why honest products are hard to find. We would rather be the boring one you can check.

The disclaimer in our footer is not fine print we are sheltering behind. It is accurate, and it stays.

Why isn’t the ingredient everyone is talking about in here?

Because the bar was set before the formula was. An ingredient goes in only if we can reach the dose the research and studies actually used, in a form your body absorbs, from a source we can verify. Anything that cannot clear all three is out, however good it would look on the label.

Sulforaphane is the honest worked example. We wanted it. But the stable, well-characterised forms available to us at the dose we would be willing to stand behind were not there at a quality we would accept — so it is not in the formula, and it will not be until there is a version worth taking. If that changes, we will add it and tell you exactly what changed.

A shorter list beats a dishonest one. That rule has cost us several ingredients we would have enjoyed printing.

What is in it

Ingredients, sourcing, and what we can prove.

Why isn’t it vegan?

Because the collagen is grass-fed halal bovine, and the softgel shells are halal bovine gelatin. Both by design, and both stated plainly on every page where they matter.

We could swap them for plant versions tomorrow and win a badge for it. We would also lose the Type I and III collagen peptides the research is built on, and we are not willing to trade the thing that works for the thing that markets well. So we say it outright: this is not a vegan product, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to widen the audience.

If that rules us out for you, we understand completely — and we would far rather you learned it here, from us, than found it on an ingredient list after you had paid.

Is it halal?

Halal by design, from the first specification. The collagen and the gelatin come from grass-fed halal bovine sources, and there is no alcohol anywhere in the formula or in its carriers.

Certification is in progress and not yet in our hands. We are telling you that instead of putting a badge on the page, because a certification claimed before it is issued is exactly the kind of small, convenient lie this brand exists to avoid. When it is granted it goes on the label and on this page, and we will say when it happened.

The formula is also dairy-free, gluten-free and non-GMO — declared, and tested rather than asserted.

How do I know it’s clean?

Every production batch goes to an independent ISO 17025 laboratory before any of it ships. Heavy metals, microbiology, and a potency check confirming that what is printed on the label is genuinely in the tub.

Nothing ships on a supplier’s word. A certificate of analysis from the company selling you the powder is a document with an incentive attached to it; an independent third-party result is not. The two are not the same thing, and most of this industry relies on the first one.

We publish the results, batch by batch.

Why don’t you name your ingredient brands?

We do — on the label, in your hand, printed next to the batch certificate that backs it up.

What we do not do is publish the supplier list on a website before the product exists. Those relationships and the contracts behind them took the longest and cost the most of anything in this build, and posting them early hands a competitor the shortcut while giving you nothing you can act on today.

What you can act on is already here in full: every ingredient, every dose, and the standard behind them. Every active comes from a branded supplier with a verification programme attached — purity documentation, lot traceability, and a contract that stops anyone quietly substituting something cheaper. We buy branded, not bulk.

The refusals

What we will not tell you — and why.

Who manufactures it?

We do not say. That one is commercial and confidential, and we would rather refuse it in writing than hand you a vague non-answer and hope you lose interest.

Finding a manufacturer willing to build this formula — every ingredient at its full researched dose, no fillers, halal throughout, and testing well beyond what any regulator asks for — took a long time and a great deal of money. Naming them publishes our supply chain to anyone who fancies copying it.

Here is what that refusal does not cost you: anything you can actually verify. Every ingredient and every dose is published. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory and those results are published too. You can check the product itself. You do not need to check our contracts.

What do you deliberately not tell us?

Here is the entire list, in one place, so you never have to wonder whether there is a longer one somewhere.

  • Our manufacturer. Commercial and confidential — the question above explains it.
  • Our suppliers’ brand names. They are printed on the label when the product reaches you.
  • The complete form and grade specification for every active. The dose tables name the form wherever the form is the whole point — ubiquinol rather than plain ubiquinone, creatine as monohydrate, magnesium as elemental — but the full specification sheet stays ours.
  • Which actives travel in the scoop and which travel in the softgel. That split is formulation work, and it is the easiest thing on this list for someone else to copy.
  • How the flavour system is built. You get one line — it tastes good and it mixes cleanly — and the rest stays ours until the product is in your hands.

Every one of these is a thing a competitor could use. Not one of them is a thing you would need in order to judge whether to trust the product — and the parts you would need, the ingredients and the doses and the independent test results, are published in full.

Buying it

Price, places, and what happens when.

When can I buy it?

Not until the product is registered. Selling a supplement before registration is illegal here, and we are not going to do it quietly and apologise afterwards. That registration file is the entire reason this site has a waitlist where a checkout would normally be.

The Founding 500 hear first, on the day the first batch is ready. Not before it, and not more often than that.

Why is there no price on the site?

Because there is nothing to sell yet, and a price on a page you cannot buy from is decoration.

There is a harder reason underneath it. Publishing a number before registration is finished, before the first production run is costed, and before we know what a batch actually yields would mean one of two things: holding you to a figure we guessed at, or changing it later and hoping you did not notice. Neither is a way to begin a relationship that is supposed to last decades.

The Founding 500 lock their price when ordering opens. Until there is a real number to publish, that is the whole of the pricing promise.

What exactly do the Founding 500 get?

Two things, and we are not going to pad the list to make it sound larger.

  • First access to the first batch. That first production run is small, and the list is how you make sure you are on it.
  • Their price locked for at least the first two years of ordering. Whatever happens to our costs inside that window, founding members keep the price they started on.

That is it. No tiers, no badges, no secret extras we would have had to invent.

What if I don’t like it?

Thirty days, full refund, on anything unopened. Send it back and we return your money.

What we will not offer you is the other thing — the satisfaction guarantee on a tub you have already used. It sounds generous and it is theater. This system is built to be felt over at least thirty days of the weekly rhythm, so a promise that invites you to taste it and ask for your money back is a promise designed around the wrong timescale. We would rather tell you what the product actually needs from you than write a guarantee that reads well and means little.

Refund terms are final at launch.

Where do you ship?

From the UAE, across the GCC, and beyond it wherever regulations and logistics let us go.

Supplements are regulated country by country, and some places will take longer than others — not because we do not want to ship there, but because doing it properly means clearing their rules first. When the first batch is ready we will publish exactly where we can send it. We would far rather tell you no than take your money and hope the parcel clears customs.

Us

Who is behind this, and what we do with your details.

Who’s behind this?

One person, to begin with. Our founder lost both parents to the same disease — his father at forty-seven, his mother twelve years later — and spent the twenty years afterwards reading the research, testing what held up, and dropping what did not, until he was standing in front of sixteen bottles on his own kitchen counter and realised that even his system was chaos. This company is what came out of that morning. He has written the whole of it down himself, and it is the most honest thing on this site.

The Tenth — is it real?

Yes. One tenth of this company’s revenues goes to people in need, from the very first order. Not one tenth of profit, which is a number a company can arrange to be small, but revenue, which it cannot.

It is not a campaign, it is not attached to a launch, and it is not up for review. It was in the plan before there was a formula, and it is how the founder was raised.

What happens to my email?

It goes to our email service and nowhere else. We keep no copy of it ourselves, we do not sell it, we do not share it, and nothing on this site follows you around — our analytics use no cookies and identify nobody.

You confirm the address yourself by clicking a link, so nobody can add you to the list without your say-so. After that you hear from us once, when the first batch is ready. One click removes you at any time, and that link is in every email we send.

Did we miss one?

If your question is not on this page, ask it. We answer directly — and if it is a good question, it ends up here for everyone else.
